BEING PSYCHIC

We are spirit / energy in a human body. Maybe the first recognition of this is feeling, sensing, acknowledging your intuition. – Intuition is the ability to understand something instinctively without conscious reasoning. The more we trust and work with our intuition the stronger it gets for our ‘psychic senses’ just like skills and talents we have within, can and need to be ‘worked with’, … regularly used, ‘practiced’ regularly in order to develop and grow.

For instance you may have artistic or musical talent and the more you practice the better you get. The more work you put into it the more you get out of it. Psychic ability is exactly the same.

Psychic ability isn’t just about intuition. There’s so much more to discover. It’s like if learning to play the piano. You won’t just be learning to play one tune. You will start with the easier ones and progress to more complicated pieces but because the progression is slow, by the time you get to playing the complicated pieces, you learn these more easily.

Connecting with Spirit, our Higher Self, the Divine is all part of our spiritual development and this relies on COMMUNICATION. – Communication with inner-self and Higher self. Communication with Divine energy. Communication with your Spirit Guides. Communication with Spirit and those in spirit.. Communication with your clients.

Spiritual development is like experimenting with different recipes that require getting the ingredients and methods right. Like learning to bake a fancy cake … finding a mentor or two, acquiring firstly the basic skills and tools available to us all, practicing and practicing … we all could become skilled bakers. We all can develop our psychic abilities IF WE WANT TO.

Spiritual development, mediumship, developing your psychic abilities is not magic or rocket science. It is not just for a specific few. It is a form of COMMUNICATION and CONNECTING with your Higher Self often to help others as we receive messages from the Divine, to pass on to others. An act of receiving and giving, of working with love and compassion and with love and light. Spiritual development is COMMUNICATING and CONNECTING with yourself to form a link between the physical and the spiritual.
