How to Sense Archangels near you

This exercise will help you sense the energy of the Archangels. Choose a different Archangel every time you do this exercise to help you recognise the different energies of the Angels. Find a quiet place, make yourself comfortable and relax. Breathe slowly in and out. Keep your attention on your breathing and as you breathe out imagine you are breathing out any negative energy within you that has built up recently. As you relax and when you feel ready, you can call in some of the Archangels. As you do this you might notice that you sense the Archangels in different ways. This helps you recognise Angel Energy around you. Call on Archangel Michael, Archangel Michael is a good Angel to call on to help you let go of ties and associations of the past that no longer serve your highest good, to release negativity or to help you make positive change. Invite Archangel Michael to connect with you. Ask that he please come and stand in front of you. Visualise a blue light in front of your eyes. Imagine his angelic light surrounding you. Notice how you feel. If you can’t feel a change in energy, ask AA Michael to come closer. You might feel your body tingling, or a light tingling on your face. Everyone feels the angels differently. Then ask Him to step back a little, then draw closer again. Repeat this to help you distinguish his energy. Call on Archangel Raphael, Archangel Raphael is a healing angel. Call on AA Raphael when you need healing or a situation needs healing. Archangel Raphael’s energy brings peace and heals. Invite Archangel Raphael to connect with you. Ask that He please come and stand by you. Visualise a green light in front of your eyes. Imagine His angelic light surrounding you. Ask that He please help heal any pains you may be feeling. Notice how you feel. Do you sense a different vibration to AA Michael?
